The shaft that Rudra hath shot forth against thy members and
thy heart,
Here do we draw from thee to-day, and turn it hence to every
side.
From all the hundred vessels spread throughout the members of
thy frame.
From all those vessels and canals we call the poisonous matter
forth.
Worship to thee, the archer, and O Rudra, to thy levelled shaft!
Yea, worship to thine arrow when it left the bow, and when it
fell!
