1.—For the Solar Term of the First Month, or "Beginning of Spring."—Hands folded, press the thigh, turn the body, twist the neck towards the right and left alternately 3 × 5 times; knock the teeth, respire, gargle (as it were the air in the mouth), and swallow 3 times.
